What is Steak frites?
Steak frites means steak and fries in French and is a very popular dish served in brassieres all over Europe. Both France and Belgium claim to have invented the dish and it is also considered the national dish of both countries. The steak is usually an entrecote or rib eye cut, and is pan-fried rare in with a reduction sauce.
