What is Nikuman or Beef Manju?

Nikuman, also known as Beef Manju is a steamed bun made from flour dough, and filled with cooked ground pork, beef or other ingredients. It is a very common snack in Japan, however was invented by the Chinese and called Baozi in Chinese. Nikuman, is typically sold as street food, but can also be found at every convenience store chain.
